Enhancing User Experience: Upcoming Features in MoxiSoft

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving user experience and addressing user feedback, we are excited to announce several upcoming features in MoxiSoft. These features have been carefully selected based on user submissions and will soon be implemented to enhance functionality and flexibility for our users. Let's take a closer look at what's in store:

1. Calendar Meeting Location Options:

We understand the importance of flexibility when scheduling meetings with clients. To accommodate various meeting types and locations, we will be introducing a drop-down list of options for meeting locations. Users will be able to choose from predefined meeting types such as Zoom calls, phone calls, customer addresses, account locations, or specific cafe and restaurant locations. Additionally, users will have the option to customize meeting types as needed, providing greater flexibility in scheduling appointments.


2. Deposit Option for Services Calendar:

In response to user feedback from service-oriented businesses such as hair salons and spas, we will be implementing a deposit option in the Services Calendar. Currently, users are required to charge the full price of services upfront, which may not align with industry practices. With the new deposit option, users can configure the amount of deposit required for each service, allowing them to secure bookings while still providing flexibility for payment upon completion of services.


3. Customizable Client Portal:

We recognize the importance of branding and customization for our users' client portals. To provide greater control and flexibility, we will be introducing customization options for the client portal. Users will have the ability to turn on or off features such as the affiliate option, tailoring the portal to their specific business needs. Additionally, users will be able to apply custom CSS to further personalize the appearance of their client portal, ensuring a seamless brand experience for their clients.


4. Workflow Action: Split Test:

For users looking to optimize their workflows, we will be introducing a new Split Test action. This feature will allow users to split workflow paths evenly or conditionally based on specific criteria. Whether testing different marketing strategies or customer engagement tactics, the Split Test action will enable users to gather valuable insights and streamline their workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.


5. AI Memory Key:

To enhance the conversational capabilities of our CRM software, we will be introducing an AI Memory Key feature. This feature will enable our AI-powered Chat GPT to remember previous conversations with contacts across multiple workflows. By storing conversation data in a dedicated memory key, users can seamlessly continue conversations and provide personalized interactions based on past interactions, enhancing engagement and relationship-building with clients.


6. Tagging of Other Profiles:

In response to user requests for enhanced social media functionality, we will be introducing the ability to tag other profiles in social media captions. Users will have the option to tag other profiles using the @(name) format, allowing for increased visibility and engagement on social media platforms.


We are excited to bring these upcoming features to our CRM software and are confident that they will further enhance the user experience and provide valuable tools for our users' businesses.
