Canceling your subscription is easy. Simply go to your account on MoxiSoft.net, navigate to "settings," and click on the red "Cancel" button. Your account will then become inaccessible. However, please note that your account will not be deleted until 14 days after your cancellation request. This grace period allows you the option to renew your subscription if desired.
Because MoxiSoft handles sensitive data, we prioritize stringent security measures to ensure that your account remains secure. When resetting a password, you will receive an email containing a reset link to create a new password. In the event that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. We will personally reach out to the contact number associated with your MoxiSoft.net account. If we are unable to establish contact, we will reach out to the contact number associated with your MoxiSoft app account. During this process, you will be required to provide identity verification such as proof of purchase to safeguard your account.
MoxiSoft does not store any money itself. We integrate with online banking solutions like PayPal, Stripe, NMI and Authorize.net . This is because MoxiSoft nor MGHB (parent company) is licensed as a banking solution. Nevertheless, creating an account with PayPal, Stripe, NMI and Authorize.net is easy. If you wish to delete your account, please go to your account on MoxiSoft.net and click on the "delete" button. You will be directed to a form where you must provide essential information regarding your account and the reason for deletion. After submitting your request, please allow up to 2 days for your account to be deactivated. During this time, your account will be inaccessible and deactivated for a period of 14 days in case you change your mind. Once the 14-day period has elapsed, your account will be permanently deleted.
Throughout this process, you and all email addresses associated with your account will receive a notification confirming the deletion request. The same email addresses will also receive a notification once your account has been deactivated, followed by another notification when your account has been completely deleted.
